Dry roast the white sesame seeds, peanuts, dry coconut for 2 min on low flame
Now in same pan heat 2 tbs oil, than add cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, and sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, cook them till raw smell goes off
Now add turmeric powder and corriender powder
Now make a paste of peanut, seasame seeds, coconut, by adding little water
Pour this paste into onion
Now add 2 tsp red chilli powder, and 1 cup water
Cover it with lid, and cook it on low flame for 30 min
After 30 min add temrind paste, jaggery, mint leaves
If required add water in it
Cook it for next 5 min
Now cut the tomatoes from top
Squeeze it tomato juice in gravy and place the tomatoes in gravy
Cover it and cook for next 5 min
When tomato becomes tender, switch off the flame
